A stylish covered outdoor space, accessed via the cooking and living spaces, comes complete with outdoor lounges and BBQ. Enjoy al fresco dining while overlooking the sparkling plunge pool and tropical gardens. Please note, the plunge pool is in not a hot tub or jacuzzi, and is small in size, with a depth of 1m.
There is also a reserve at the rear of the property with a direct path to town.
Clique 3 has a double lock up garage with parking for 1 x large car or 2 x small cars. Please note parking in the garage is tight and there is no on-street parking available.
